  • We do not have a dress code, but we do ask that our patrons dress appropriately. Business casual or cocktail attire is preferred, but not required.

  • Yes, Keystone Korner Baltimore is ADA accessible. We accommodate all of our guests who may need ADA accessible seating. If you need assistance or have questions, please contact our Box Office Manager at host@keystonekornerbaltimore.com or call us at (410)-946-6726. It is encouraged that guests who require accessible accommodations arrive as early as possible – doors open 2 hours prior to scheduled showtimes.

  • Yes, bring the whole family! All children must be accompanied by an adult. The bar seating, however, is 21+ only.

  • There are a variety of options available if you plan to drive to Keystone Korner. In addition to street parking, there are several parking garages within a very short walking distance, including an inexpensive garage on S.   • At Keystone Korner Baltimore your seats are typically available to you 2 hours prior to the show – which is when doors open – unless otherwise specified prior to the event. If you are coming for the second show, you will be seated 30 minutes before showtime. Doors open at 5pm Tuesday-Saturday, and 4pm on Sunday.

  • Keystone Korner Baltimore is returning to assigned seating for most of our shows. You will be able to select the exact table or bar seat where you want to sit. There will still be two sections which will be provided between Premium Seating (which provides the closest and/or most direct view of the entire stage) and Regular Seating (which are seats further from the stage. Some seats have direct views of the stage and some tables or bar seats may have obstructed views. However, large TV monitors have been strategically placed throughout the club, so all tables can view the show). Please check out our seating chart to see the differences in the seating. In respect to the performers, staff, and other guests we do recommend guests to arrive early for our shows so that you can eat, drink, and engage before the show starts. This way everyone will be able to enjoy the musical journey ahead. With our early shows seating will start 1 to 2 hours before show time and 30 minutes for our later shows. For our more popular shows, shared seating is required. If for some reason you will be late for the show please notify the Box Office.

The price of the tickets/seating you select will vary depending on the artist. In order for customers to be seated and served properly, it is very important that audience members arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before showtime. For guests joining us for a full dinner and show, we strongly recommend arriving 45-60 minutes before showtime. This way all our audience members will be able to most fully enjoy their dining and entertainment experience. If for some reason you will be late for the show please notify the Box Office. Doors open at 5pm on Tuesday-Saturday, and 4pm on Sunday. For our more popular shows, shared seating is required.

  • Keystone Korner Baltimore offers two options for ticketing from Instantseats – Electronic Ticketing or Printed Tickets. Tickets will be in your confirmation email. If there are any additional questions or concerns please contact our Box Office at host@keystonekornerbaltimore.com.

  • Unless otherwise noted, at Keystone Korner Baltimore your ticket price only includes admission to the show. Dinner and drinks are not included but are available for purchase.

  • Once the Live Stream Streaming Pass is purchased, customers will receive a link via email on the day of the performance within 30 minutes of show time that streams live. The following day, an updated link will be sent out of the recorded show that customers will have access to for 72 hours.

  • In order for customers to be seated and served properly, it is very important that audience members arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before showtime. For guests joining us for a full dinner and show, we strongly recommend arriving 45-60 minutes before showtime. This way all our audience members will be able to most fully enjoy their dining and entertainment experience. If for some reason you will be late for the show please notify the Box Office. Doors open at 5pm on Tuesday-Saturday, and 4pm on Sunday. 

  • Unfortunately, all ticket sales at Keystone Korner Baltimore are final and we do not issue refunds, transfers or credit. However, do check with the Box Office and discuss your particular situation.

  • Yes you can! You can call the Box Office at (410)-946-6726 OR our Box Office Manager at (667)-391-2539. You can also email the Box Office at host@keystonekornerbaltimore.com. Request that you want to switch your tickets to another show and someone will make the change for you. (Note: Sometimes ticket/show changes may vary depending on seating availability and ticket pricing)

  • In the event of a cancelation or postponement, an email notification will be sent to ticket holders with information on what to do with their tickets. Please contact host@keystonekornerbaltimore with any questions or concerns.

  • If you have tickets for any of our shows they are considered your reservation. We start serving food and drinks once our seating starts (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday at 5pm, Friday at 5pm & 9pm, Saturday at 4pm & 8pm and Sunday at 4pm & 7pm). You are able to order items from the start of our seating time until an hour after the show starts. We do have a TWO ITEM per person food & beverage minimum.

  • Yes, there is a TWO ITEM per person food & beverage minimum, as well as a 20% gratuity on every check to help support our service staff.

  • We often have two shows a night, so you’ll have to check whether you are attending the early show or the late show, or if there is only one show that night.

    If you are coming for the early show, you are welcome to come two hours before showtime, no reservation needed. You will be seated for dinner at the same location of your show tickets. There is full table/bar service throughout the entire show.

    If you are coming for the late show, since there is a show in progress beforehand, doors open 30 minutes in advance. You will be able to enjoy full dinner service during the show.

  • Yes, we sure do! We have a full bar including a full wine list, signature cocktails, and premium liquor as well as beers and traditional cocktails for you to enjoy!
