For KKB, Chef Wiedmaier — proprietor of 5 restaurants in Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland — has crafted some of the most delicious and memorable food you’ll ever find in a concert venue. His “retro refined Americana” cuisine is made up of throwback dishes like Apple Salad, Deviled Eggs, and Beef Carbonnade — the sort of dishes you know and love and come back for time and again, but here treated to the kind of detail work you would expect of a classically trained chef.

So by all means join us for a show, but just know that we’re happy to welcome you anytime for great food and drink. We have a full bar available with exclusive cocktails and seasonal specials.
